Thank you Regal Swan for your comforting reply. The swan when I saw he/she last Friday circled around several times of this (2 golf courses) with around two miles of lakes before flying through condos heading up intra coastal towards Hallandale - only maybe only half a mile where clara spotted the swan.

The swan is so close to nirvana as we have flamingos, white and black swans, as well as other exotics and everyone is pretty safe and all get along! (not to mention the abundance of food.) The swans are so huge that they can't hardly fly - they try to take off and then fly a bit (very low) but give up and skid back into lake! Also the staff throw buckets of some kind of food - mostly for flamingos - into lake and all enjoy.

So I know from staff as I go to the club sometimes for lunch that they had babies last year as well as someone saw eggs a couple of months ago. Maybe it is their off-spring that might be looking for new homes - because the swan flew so high. I know that the country club ones could never do this because of weight.

Anyway I worry for this swans safety with those huge yachts going by all day and hope people would not feed he/she even though they mean well. The swans have such a good life at Turnberry golf courses and hope one day they will fly over here again and stay. Food is plentiful!
