Need Home for Swans

We have a pair of swans that we received last year. They have laid their eggs and the male has become quite aggressive. Yesterday he attacked a 64 year old woman that was feeding him. It was quite an attack and I am at a loss with the others in the subdivision. Is there anyway to relocate the male and leave the female to tend to the nest on her own? If not, would you know of anyone in the North Atlanta area that has a private pond that could take them. Can you move them with the eggs? Everyone in the establishment is up in arms with his attitude, and honestly, if this would have been a small child, they could have been seriously injured. It is difficult to keep people away from the nesting area. The male is now traveling the streets (leaving the pond) to protect his territory. We are 2 weeks from hatching, and if I knew that he would calm down after the cygnets were here I would have more pull in the subdivision. I fear that it will only get worse. More than that....I fear that he will be killed before they are hatched.
Any suggestions? Know anyone in the area that is in need?
He seems to get aggressive with women and small children and not men! He won't let my neighbors out their front door. I am not sure what happened to him at his previous residence....but I don't think it was good!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
