There is one swan down the road in a pond and has been there several years as it cannot fly...It is 5 degrees tonight! Does the swan tolerate such cold temperatures? The pond is frozen and nobody seems to care. I have tried several wildlife numbers but they say it is OK. It is on somebody's property. We bring it cracked corn and am getting a little hay for the poor swan. Suggestions?
