There is a young swan that seems to have been chased away by its parents. It has been hanging around our yard (we live by a small lake) and has a badly broken upper beak. It's tongue is exposed. We have been feeding it. I'm wondering if its beak will grow back or if we should call the DNR? We also haven't seen it fly. We're worried about it being able to care for itself. Please help!
