Well today was day 3 of Junior's new home. On Sunday my neighbor emailed me a few hours later and said that 2 geese came into the pond. I just kind of groaned, but he watched them and they were getting along. Swimming in the pond and getting out and sleeping together on the bank, then a little later 3 mallards came in and everyone was doing fine.
On Monday I gave my neighbor some game pellets and grated up some carrot and he cut up some bread, but the swan he said ate some bread but ate mostly out of the pond, the geese were still there but they were mainly grazing in the grass.Late in the day the swan started to act up with the geese but he gave that up and few minutes later everyone was happy.
Today, Tuesday everything went well and Junior I think is gaining back some confidence. My neighbor emailed me and the two geese and Junior were hanging out together,I sent him back an email and said "maybe the geese will talk Junior into taking a flight with them" jokingly. Well a half hour later my neighbor emailed me and the two geese and Junior came walking up to the house. I find it kinda funny, because while Juniors parents were building their nest, junior's job I guess was to chase the geese away. My neighbor watched and Junior walked back to the pond.
