Greylag Goose with Messed up Beak

Hi!

My name's Delaney and I live on Old Hickory Lake in Tennessee. We have a Greylag Goose "George/Barnyard" that lives in our pond along with 4 white peking ducks that move around as a group. Recently, I've noticed they have more marks on their beaks and "George/Barnyard" in particular has some unusual marks and raised spots on his beak. I am posting a picture of how his beak looks now (bumpy with dark spots), I'm also posting a link to a photo album I have on facebook that shows more pictures of his beak as it is now and how it was when it looked healthy. I'm hoping you can tell me if the trouble will clear up on its own or do I need to take him to the wildlife rehabber.
