Swans frozen in ice

hi I live in on a tidal river in Mashpee Massachusetts and there are four swans frozen in the ice right now they are alive but I'm not sure how long they can last. I'm hoping the water will get moving when the tide comes in.I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do for them.
