Hi Diane:

We have had such crazy weather all over the country, that some of the swans may have started later in laying eggs. The incubation phase is actually started when the last egg is layed not the first egg. Usually, swans will not stay on bad eggs, so they know something that we do not. If the eggs go bad, the swans will abandon the nest, so give them a couple more days if not weeks. The Regal Swan
