Black & White swans breeding together!

Hi there!
I live in Milton Keynes in the UK, and go on regular long walks with my dogs, so I'm used to seeing all kinds of wildlife! but I THINK I may have come across something very unusual...a pair of black & white swans breeding together!!! I would just love to know if this is indeed unusual or not! as I don't really know a lot about swans!I've tried to post a picture but unfortunately the system wont allow me! It would be great if someone could enlighten me as I am now very curious!!
