My mom found a swan egg in the park the other day, it was early in the morning and little birds were trying to break it. When she picked it up it wass ice cold and figured there was no longer a chance for it's survival. After getting home she looked some info. on the internet and it would seem that there still remains a posibility for it to be hatched.

My question is: Do you agree and what action can we take to attempt hatching this egg. Please excuss our ignorance if this is not he case.
