Yes, this could be life-threatening so you need her examined by a veterinarian immediately. The marble could be an infection or something she swallowed which can prevent her from eating. It could be something that has penetrated the area, i. e., pine needle, fishing hook, etc. which can cause an abscess. Please let us know how she is doing. The Regal Swan
