2 swans died one day after arrival

hello, where i work we have a big lake that is fenced in and get alot of ducks,geese,swans released down there, we had 2 swans about 4 weeks ago and they were feed friday morning and on saturday were both found dead in the water, they both went for a post mortem and they cant find any reason why they have both died? can you help? thanks
