Thank you. So far no luck finding a vet within 60 miles that's an avian specialist or willing to make a house call. I'll keep trying. My husband is building the pen now. For now we are going to keep it off the water to allow for healing since we don't have a garage or any indoor space available. We can adjust it down the road. I work from home so I can check him regularly, give him water, and sprinkle his feathers. I don't know what else to do and have no one to turn to. I'll keep you posted....
