Hi. I live on Irondequoit Bay in Rochester NY. My home is on a cove. There are alot of swans that live on the bay. Yesterday I noticed that there was one swan by my dock in very shallow water that does not freeze cause there is a run off going into the cove at this location. This morning the swan was still there. He does not seem to be making any effort to leave. Even when there were a couple other swans at the opposite end of the cove. Is there anything I can do for him? I dont usually see them alone or in one area for this long. It is very cold here. High today was 10.
