Thank you for your information and advice. Albert II is on our lake with the two cygnets he and Victoria II had last year. I don't know that we will have funds to provide an enclosure. Albert II is not eating and we are concerned for his loss. I very much appreciate your reply. The 2 cygnets in the picture are in front of Albert II May 2nd.
