I am new to this. I just don't know why ANY of God's creatures would be a target for elimination, especially since we have the MSPCA and other anti-animal cruelty organizations. Why is the Mute Swan a target in the first place? Could the Mute Swan be placed on the endangered species list so that they would receive protection? Might be worth looking into. It appears to be a sanctioned genocide. But what I still need to get an answer to is this... The swans stuck in ice rescues or attempts...are you saying that these attempts at rescue do not occur IF the swan is a Mute Swan? How can the would-be-rescuers tell prior to attempting to aid and assist an ice stuck Swan?
