Hi Neil
Hopefully, you will be able to see the birds again and we can identify them. What is even more perplexing is that they are the same size as the swans you normally see. The Black-Necked Swans are the second smallest species of swan, so they are going to be the size of a small goose. They are very dainty looking. We hope to hear from you soon. The Regal Swan
