Do swan's eggs typically hatch during a certain month (i.e., is it late in the season now?) We have a pair of mute swans on our lake that have a nest opposite our home. We've seen the female on the nest, but it's been such a long time, we're worried that something might have happened to her eggs.
There is a program here to put oil on Canada Goose eggs to keep them from producing chicks, someone might have oiled the swan eggs, too!
