After reading about your name contest, we came up with the following! Why not after a precious gemstone?

He/she certainly has a strong will to survive and will probably become a lake favorite once he/she gets old enough. Also, whether it's a boy or girl, which you won't know until later, you evade the chance of having to rename him/her again!

After surviving so many obstacles, he/she really is precious. Some suggestions: Little Gem, Topaz, Emerald or Jade!
