Greetings,

I have heard from a number of people about Lady's unnecessary death and want to offer my help. It's a distressing situation, and one that doesn't have to happen. The enforcement of off leash, and on leash regulations is the city of Vancouver's responsibility, but there are things the Parks Board can do like posting of signs, or fencing off of areas. I am not sure what the solution is at this point, but I'd love to speak with any of you to move this forward. I'd also urge you to speak with city council, and encourage an increase in enforcement officers. Thank you,
