In Response To: How to befriend our new swans (Caroine Christie)

We just got six 3 month old mute swans. They are happily swimming in our private lake, but I cannot get close to them to feed them. They ignore food on the grass beside the lake, and when I throw food into the lake for them, it has already sunk before they get back to it.

Any suggestions?
