Wild swans terrorising pond

Hi,
We own a nature reserve which is home to various wild and ornamental ducks, geese and swans.
Recently we are being terrorised by a pair of wild swans. The male in particular is very aggresive to every other bird on the pond.
Is there anything we can put up or do to deter them ??
