As far as the swans, there was a breeder in Oklahoma called Howell Exotic Farm. You might try this avenue to see if they are still around and have any rescue birds or if there are any local refuges with rehabilitated swans in your area. If not, you can try Knox Swans out of Illinois or Jack Long Exotic Waterfowl out of California for possible purchase.
