We have a pair of mute swans on our lake. I noticed there is alot of scat near the area they like to hang out the most.

Does swan poop look like dog poop? I am worried there might be predators in the area, but there is so much scat in a small area, I am assuming it is from the swans. But I would appreciate confirmation. Photo attached.
