We have a pair of swans on our pond in Indiana. We had the extreme tempatures this past week. One of the swans acted out of sorts and broke into a screened porch. The next day it entered a garage as it opened, then exited and died according to the report. When we went to remove it there was a small amount of blood near the body but nothing apparently from the body(when you pulled the down back the blood was on the surface only). The swans are 7-10 years old. The second swan has stayed near the pond. Is there a need to worry about the swan still alive or an idea of what happened to the dead one?
