Our male swan dies 4 months ago. Our female seemed lonely. We bought another female because we had read two females will live peacefully on the pond, less aggression, and less cygnets to deal with. They seemed to get along fine for a couple of days. Now, our original swan is running away. She leaves the pond and yard and wanders away. When they are on the pond together, she keeps her wings raised when the new swan is close. Any suggestions as to what to do???
