Thanks again for the info. I have been feeding him and he will come somewhat close to me but I have failed to catch him the two times I have attempted. I will continue to try. It's only me so my options are limited. Haven't found anyone who wants to come to that lagoon to help with the catch. I will let you know if I ever succeed and I will take him to my vet immediately. Makes me sick that he is in that environment. His weight, his feathers, the cut on his bill, all have greatly improved since I have been feeding him since August.
