Yes, swans can be fed cracked corn, but it needs to be mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with poulty layer pellets. Cracked corn is only a filler and does not supply the vitamins and minerals needed by the swans. Poultry layer pellets provide these necessary nutrients. All food needs to be placed in the water as swans eat from the water and need water to swallow the food.
