In Response To: Swans leave water to my house 200ft away at night (Michele)

Hi.....I feed swans twice per day - waterfowl food. There are four of them....white mute swans -- very friendly. They have been coming up at dusk turning dark out of the water to my house 200 ft away from the water. This is making me nervous for their safety since I have seen a red fox around. I don't feed them at my house - only at the water.....is there something I can do to discourage them coming up .....thank you. P.s. I have been walking them back in the dark and staying by the water for 15 mins to ensure their safety.
