Hello - A swan has appeared out of nowhere in the neighborhood. It's just sitting on the corner (in the grass). Judging from the size, I'm guessing it's a female. My concern is the traffic. People are stopping and getting out of their cars, shining flashlights in its face (it's night out now). What can I do?
