Hello, at the park I visit there is a little swan family but this morning I noticed the cygnet is only using one foot to paddle. There is no visible damage to the other foot as far as I can see, do you think it will be okay or should I phone the local authorities about it? I'm pretty worried about the poor wee soul! Thank you.
