Hi, a general man in my neighborhood goes around our lakes and smashes the swan eggs. I do believe they are tundra swans. I do also believe he smashes Canadian geese eggs too... I live in North Carolina and is what he doing illegal and what does he have to do to make it legal... I'm concerned because the community had originally brought the swans to where I live and now they are going around smashing the eggs and from what I have heard is that nobody has been in any type of danger. he is just smashing them to smash them.
