Hi Sue:
If she is not flying and you can readily capture her, do so without further injuring her or yourself. Watch the wings and place her on a towel in an animal carrier or large box. If you use a large box, make sure that the top of the box is taped so that she cannot use her wings to flap out of the box. Get her to a veterinarian immediately. If you cannot capture her yourself, see if you have a local wildlife rescue facility or wildlife rehabiliation center/rehabilitator in your area that can help her. Good luck.
