Hi Jessica:

We cannot see the bumblefoot from this angle of the feet. Usually, bumblefoot manifests itself as a large bump/growth on the bottom of the foot where the toes merge. It may be bleeding, oozing, crusty or show a callous.

There is really no way of just observing a swan to ascertain if it is pregnant. You either have to wait for the birds to lay eggs or conduct possible hormone testing for positive proof of pregnancy. The Regal Swan
