You may have noticed the ChipIn Widget on the top of The Swans of Stanley Park Home Page ( http://www.stanley-park-swans.com ). We are beginning a .50 cent campaign to help us help swans worldwide.

The basis for the .50 cent campaign is two-fold. In these difficult economic times, many people want to help but they are financially strapped. Secondly, swans are now becoming victims of the downward economy. Many cities, public parks and other facilities have maintained swans and swan care budgets for decades. Now, budgets are being cut and so is basic supplemental feeding, veterinary medical and habit enhancement for the swans. We are asking you help to help us help the swans.

You can donate several ways. We are now on Facebook under The Regal Swan Foundation, Inc. Please tell as many friends as you can to invite us onto their pages and help us start a friends listing where many people can visit and contribute.

If you do not belong to Facebook, go the ChipIn widget at the top of Ask The Swan Specialist to contribute, or go to (www.theregalswan.com) where you can contribute directly to PayPal. Any way that you can help us help the swans will be greatly appreciated whether you donate .50 cents or $50.00

Your donation is tax deductible as The Regal Swan Foundation, Inc., is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit donation. All staff members to include veterinarians, swan keepers, researchers, educators and other professional members are all volunteers. NO monies go to any salaries for The Regal Swan staff.
