Hi Diane:
We have birds that have hatched a week ago, some have just hatched and some are now fledging. So, our timeline is not her timeline. She will start incubating the eggs when the last egg is laid, so you may have not counted the actual beginning of incubation. Also, swans can stay on the nest for 30-45 days for hatching to begin. Don't worry, she is not going to sit on a nest with non-viable eggs. Nature will not allow this to happen. Give it a few more days. Please let us know how this works out. The Regal Swan
