We went farther down the river and I think we found the two swans together on the river by a riverside park area. We had done some landscaping construction here at the hotel this summer and disturbed her prior nesting area which is now wide open. We think she may have built her nest on the river where it is more secure and safe. Is that possible and why she will not now come back here if she is getting ready to nest? thank you!
