We're not sure that they have the complete facial muscles that humans have in emoting feelings. However, they certainly do have a different look in their eyes when they are feeding, bathing, and angry.
This may be a slight panting or a means to breathe since their nostrils are slightly on the top/side of their beak which could cause water to go into the nostril especially if there is a drenching rain. The Regal Swan « Hide
