The pond is at least an acre.
The past 2 days I have observed the juvenile at the opposite end of the pond from where the 2 mating adults are. Every once in awhile the male adult cruises over and chases the juvenile out of the pond.

For future reference, at what age can the cygnets be removed to another home?
