Hi Dee:

This could be a sign of botulism, poisoning or some other neurological problem. Get him to a waterfowl/avian veterinarian quickly as he may need chelation, but definitely supportive care. If he has mild poisoning or neurological compromise, it will get worse. Birds will act like everything is good until there is nothing that can be done. So, time is of the essence. The Regal Swan
