In Response To: Swans near our mall in Massachusetts (Kelly)

I live in Massachusetts and it's currently 28 degrees. There are two swans that have been hanging around our local mall for a week now. I'm just seeing them for the first time today and am wondering if they could be in danger? This seems like rather odd behavior for swans. Could they be lost?
