Hi Harley. We would suggest that you get the swan to an avian veterinarian or a vet with waterfowl experience. Not eating is a major sign that she is declining healthwise. She needs to be placed on I.V. Supportive care to prevent dehydration and balance her electrolytes. Additionally, she needs to be tube fed a nutritional bird supplement such as Exact. If she does not get tube fed, the digestive process will cease which means that she will be less likely to feed on her own. Tube feeding should be used as a supplement for a few days after she starts feeding on her own to ensure she is getting adequate nutrition. The Exact can also be added to her food for a couple of days when tube feeding is stopped. It is imperative that a vet knowledgeable in tube feeding a bird is contacted as a bird can choke if the procedure is done incorrectly. The Regal Swan
