Mating Black Swans' bills and eyes are changing colors

I have a mating pair and notice their bills are turning slightly orange and are no longer that bright red color, can you tell me why they changed color? In addition their eyes are white instead of the normal brownish red? I have three other black swans and they are normal in appearance, red bills and reddish eyes.
