Chances of cygnet rejection?

G'day from Sydney
At the local park, a pair of black swans had 3 cygnets, but at week 10 one of them was injured and taken away (seamlessly) from their parents to be treated.
After 2 weeks away (12 week-old now), is ready to come back. What are the chances to be accepted back by their parents and siblings?
Any advice to reunite them without putting on risk the cygnet's life?
Thanks!
