In Response To: Family of mute swans on our grass, won't let our dogs out (Paula)

I have a family of mute swans (mom, dad, and nearly grown 6 offspring)

They hang out in our yard all day, the grass is a mass of droppings and they won't let our dogs out (they are leashed). Love swans but this is getting crazy. Any suggestions?

PS. I do not feed them but Mom & Dad swan love me for some reason!

Our yard overlooks a pond and lake. They do not go on anyone else's lawn.
