Hello,
We have had a male and female swan on our mill pond for about 7 years. In April, the male died but the female went on to produce and raise 7 cygnets. All but one of the cygnets has now left. Has the female kept this one back to mate with next year? It looked to me like they were practising their little 'swan mating dance' this morning. It is way too early, but that's what it looked like to me.
