Brian,
I live on the Water in MA and we have a mute swan that has been on the water alone for the past two winters. She can't fly. I feed and care for her and if you want to transport your swan here I would care for him/her. Swans are social animals and don't do well alone. Call me if you'd like more information 508-202-8813
