As you may remember, I posted a few questions about a year ago regarding fighting a swan ban in California by the F&G. We have been fighting but, as one would expect, to no avail. I have now applied for a "swan permit" and was turned down because I do not have 2 years of hands on training with swans. So, I am looking for someone, anyone in the Sacramento, Modesto area that could be our "swan Master" for 2 years so we can get the required experience. This is a paid position with our homeowners association and we would bring back our two mute swans. You must be able to document your experience.

Also looking for a swan vet. as well.
