Hi Diane:

First, you need to check with your state Wildlife Commission. Many states now require permits for the introduction of swans. The only person that we know in Texas as a breeder is Howell's swans. We're not sure that he is still breeding, but that would be a good starting point and we believe he is in Plano. If he is no longer breeding and selling, you might try Knox Swans in Indiana. You will need to google both Howell's Exotics and Knox Swans for the phone number contacts. The Regal Swan
