Hi Paul:

We have not seen this and would love to see some photos if you could get them. Normally, when you see such red eyes in the Mute Swans, it is an eye infection such as conjunctivitis. Again, without seeing photos, we can't make an intelligent statement about the condition. So, if you could get photos, we might be able to provide more insight. Thanks. The Regal Swan
